Marco Antonio Mancera
Born in Oaxaca, Mexico
Lives and works in Oaxaca, Mexico
-
His work focuses on visual art and landscape painting, seeking to raise awareness about environmental conservation through his art. His paintings often depict natural landscapes, and he has exhibited in various galleries in Oaxaca.
Marco has a clear purpose with his work: to be a reflection of the natural world and, in this way, to awaken in the public an awareness that in order to continue appreciating such beautiful landscapes, it is necessary to take care of the planet.
He was 14 when he decided to devote himself to art, and since then his taste for various artistic expressions has changed. What remains intact since then is the central role that the arts play in his life and his determination to become one of Oaxaca’s leading visual artists.
The Oaxacan artist represents a new voice in contemporary Mexican art. His landscapes convey silence, strength, and inner connection, fusing precise technique and poetic sensibility. He is an emerging talent with great potential on the national and international scene.
